I had the privilege of surprising my girlfriend (soon to be fiancé) with a beautiful picnic set up much too nice to be something for us. We walked over to where the picnic setup was and as we got closer, my fiancé to be, noticed the letterboard with our names on and realized that the picnic was for us. The surprise on her face was priceless. The table decorations and cushions, the grazing box next to the ice bucket with cold champagne, it was all so wonderfully done. We had a full 2 hours overlooking the lake with fountains in the botanic gardens.
I would recommend this option over your own attempt at trying to set up a romantic picnic. You can trust Natachia to put together something very special that you will remember for many years to come. We also loved the photos Natachia took and was surprised that is was included in the price.

I would highly recommend Natachia from Mt Tamborine Picnics. Natachia helped me plan a very special proposal in the botanical gardens and everything was planned and setup perfectly. Natachia was very professional and had incredible communication and the detail and setup of the picnic was absolutely stunning. If you're reading reviews to decide if you want to retain Mt Tamborine Pop Up Picnics for your event, you would be doing yourself a disservice not to hire them.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company, especially of Natachia.
I had hired them to do the set up for my best friend's bridal shower that was held yesterday, and three weeks before the event my venue (not affiliated with them in any way) cancelled. Natachia stayed totally level headed when I told her, and immediately offered solutions and was incredibly flexible and considerate at every step.
I arrived an hour early on the day as I'd made some game books and party favours I wanted to show her, and she even incorporated them into the setup.
Even after some guests arrived late, she not only stayed back to help me sneak a Polaroid into each favour box without guests knowing, but also allowed us to extend the event to compensate for the late guests which made the day even more special.
Mt Tamborine Pop Up Picnics absolutely exudes professionalism and are truly passionate about delivering the best.

I can’t recommend Natachia and her pop up picnics enough! She made my partners baby shower feel and look really special. We arrived a few minutes early and everything was completely set up. The arrangements all looked incredible and we really couldn’t have asked for a better set up. Natachia really went above and beyond by taking a bunch of photos and videos for us that we can now keep as precious memories. Thank you again Natachia

Was such a beautiful experience. Made my partner feel so special and didn't have to do any work. Was well managed and I was able to customise anything to make the day the best it could possibly be. Natachia really made it so easy and was a delight. We were the envy of the gardens as everyone thought it was stunning. Platter was great, fully loaded and well worth it. Thank you for providing a lasting memory.

Beautiful pop-up picnic - it looked and felt very luxe! My husband and I felt special and were able to spend a couple of hours relaxing in our chosen spot in Mt. Tambourine’s Botanical Gardens. Highly recommend.

Could not recommend Mt Tamborine Picnic's enough! Natachia made our anniversary so special and it was exactly what we were looking for. It was great service, communication and preparation throughout the whole process. She went to such a wonderful effort, and the detail in everything was just brilliant. I can't wait to come back with a group of my best friends and have the experience all over again - 10/10!

The communication leading up to the picnic was great - very prompt and informative. On the day of the picnic, Natachia was friendly and easy to talk to. The picnic set up itself was gorgeous. As it was a cold day, she provided blankets for each of us in addition to all of the other comfort items (such as plenty of lovely cushions). The decor was lovely. The food platter was delicious. The sign that had been set up stating the reason for the picnic (partner's birthday) prompted many passers by to wish him happy birthday which was a fun little bonus. The pictures Natachia took were gorgeous and were sent through to us faster than we expected. This was a great experience and I definitely plan to book another one next time we're there. Thanks so much Natachia!
